INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Personal Care —SOS assists clients with personal hygiene including bathing and shaving as well as providing in-home meal preparation.
Homemaking —SOS assists clients with light housekeeping; shopping; laundry and in-home meal preparation.
Home Delivered Meals — SOS delivers nutritious meals five days a week to our elder clients.
Telephone Reassurance —SOS maintains regular contact and monitoring by phone of homebound elder clients.
Friendly Visits / Companionship —SOS facilitates peer senior visits to the homebound.
Information and Referrals —SOS provides elders, caregivers and family members with guidance to senior programs, services and benefits.
