MONTHLY CALENDAR
Senior Outreach Services has a variety of health, wellness and socialization activities available five days per week for elders who wish to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay engaged in the community.
All of our activities take place at St. James AME Church which is located at 8401 Cedar Avenue in Cleveland's Fairfax Neighborhood.
